Give your
car serial number. Add 10% for shipping and
handling. Minimum shipping and handling charge
$7.00. Full payment will save C.O.D. C.O.D. charge
is $8.50. Payment by cashiers check only with C.O.D.
California residents please add 8.25% tax. VIsa,
Mastercard, American Express and Discover accepted.

* Orders by
fax and email excepted 24 hours a day.
* Fax or
email orders will need the following information:
Name, Complete Shipping and Billing Address, Phone
number or Fax number, Year of Car, Credit Card
number, Expiration date and security code. A
confirmation fax or email will be sent back before
the order is processed.
* UPS
Tracking numbers available upon request.
* Most
orders placed by 1:00 pm will be shipped out that
same day.
* All
genuine original Pantera parts in stock.
RETURNS
No returns
without prior authorization. Shortages and damages
must be reported with 24 hours of receipt. Refunds
for product exclusive of shipping charges. All
return shipping charges are the sole responsibility
of the customer. In the event that there is a
discrepancy with the parts in question, we will
gladly refund the appropriate shipping charges. That
is, only after careful examination of the authorized
returned product would this refund be granted.
EXCEPT FOR
DEFECTIVE OR MIS-SHAPED MERCHANDISE, ALL RETURNS ARE
SUBJECT TO A 20% RESTOCKING
CHARGE.

items and special order items are NON-RETURNABLE!!
No exceptions. No refunds, credits or exchanges
without a copy of the invoice. Furthermore, no
product will be accepted for return or exchange if
you paint, cut, grind, modify, install or use the
product, except in the case of approved warranty
claims.
